A: When specific products are out of stock, this will trigger our “Pre-order Waitlist.”
The pre-order waitlist allows you to place your order and adds you to the priority queue of orders that will be processed and shipped out once the product is back in stock.
Our current estimated re-stock timeline is usually 2-4 weeks after you’ve placed a pre-order. If you don’t have an immediate need for your hair, then you should place a pre-order.
If you do have an immediate need for your hair, we suggest purchasing a product that is in stock or waiting until we re-stock our inventory before making your purchase.
Selecting ‘notify me’ and providing your email address will add you to our list to receive an email alert when your preferred product is back in stock.
In both cases, we strongly recommend that you do not book any hair appointments until you have received your order.
