Exchanges & Refunds

Naturally, we love to see you shine, so it should come as no surprise that we take your happiness and satisfaction seriously. 

However, due to recent circumstances, as of April 1, 2020,  we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges.


This policy is only in place to ensure the integrity of our products and safety of our customers during this unprecedented time. 

Once we can ensure everyone's safety, our original policy will be reinstated.


What happens if I purchase the wrong texture or product?
We strongly encourage you to purchase a texture sample and/or email us to ensure you are buying the correct texture. All sales are final.

What happens if my package is marked Wrong Address, Return to Sender, Undeliverable, not picked up from Post Office or the duty is not paid?
All returns that come back to us due to incorrect addresses, return to senders,  not picking shipment up from post office, not paying any fees associated with duty/customs of your country will be issued a store credit.
