The only fees you might encounter are failed payment fees or rescheduled payment fees. If your scheduled payment fails to process, you will be charged a $10 fee (this fee is separate from any fees your bank may charge). Typically, this happens when there’s not enough funds in the account or if the card has been cancelled. We do send text and email reminders to try and prevent this from occurring.
While each order comes with one free reschedule, the second one does cost $5.
If a fee has been incurred, it will be added on to the overall amount of the next installment.
Please note, once a fee has been paid, we have no way to reverse it.
