I ordered two bundles that and I didn't pay attention to the texter. I just went by the picture. When it arrived and noticed it was a little different from my hair and when I checked it said it was for 4a type hair. I emailed the company and went on their website to send a request for someone to contact me and no one did. So I went ahead and ordered another bundle and made sure this time it said 4C. It was exactly like the other two bundles that I received. Nothing different. I even took it to the hairdresser and even she could not tell the difference. They were the same exact hair. Now, I'm out almost 500 and not one person in this customer service department that is supposedly available every day has responded to me at all
