This is my second time ordering from this company. My first experience with delivery and customer response wasn't good, but I've had my clips for six years and still love them. I ordered more clips because I colored some of my old ones and need more of my natural color. My new clips still look good but took 10 days to ship and after two inquiries on my order, to this day I've never received a response. Definitely a good product but the fulfillment and customer experience definitely needs improvement.

18” 220grams

I’m not totally sure if it’s 220 grams that I ordered. I had to used some of my clip ins that I had originally from another vendor. Gave it three stars because of the clips. The clips are hard to closed and it’s pops opens a lot. The texture is beautiful and there’s no shedding.

Pros: natural 3c texture, low luster, easy to blend with little effort, lots of compliments, everyone think its my hair, high maintenance, no shedding or tangling, with the right products it’s beautiful

Cons: clips doesn’t stay closed, it’s hard to closed at times the clip ins, not really sure about the grams, not all hair products work, high maintenance
