In case you haven't noticed, we recently gave ourselves a 'Glow Up' over here at KinkyCurlyYaki. We changed some things...ok, we changed a lot of things! 😂
But, after 6 years of growing my business, I was sooooo ready to level up!
Here's What Changed:
We updated the images for all of our products, so you can really see the textures up close and get a better feel for them from your smart phone or your laptop. We also had a photoshoot to really show off the high quality of our hair. You'll also find tons of videos and tutorials to walk you through some of the most common questions about hair care and styling.
Along with all of this, we gave our texture names a refresh. The new names better describe our products and help me protect the business I worked so hard to build.
It's like when Puff Daddy became Diddy. Same dude, just a fancy new name. :)
But please note: We have not changed the products themselves, just the names. We still have your Afro Coily and Coarse Yaki, but now theyre called My Kinks™ and My Straight Natural™.
So if you're finding yourself on the website looking for you favourite texture and you can't find it, here's a simple guide:

So, to reiterate, the only thing that has changed are photos and names of the textures. That's it. Same premium quality that I've brought to you over the last 6 year, just all glowed up.
